The Britannia Yacht Club Foundation’s (Foundation) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will occur virtually, and invitations will be emailed to each Foundation member registered to attend. Foundation members who have registered to attend past AGM’s need not registered again. The Foundation’s Bylaw No. 1 (Governance By-law), the policies of the Foundation, the minutes on board meetings, and the financial statements are available at BYC and on BYCF website.

The Foundation’s financial statements for the year ended October 31, 2023, will be included in the AGM package which will be emailed to registered members.

BYC members may elect to become members of the Foundation by registering no later than February 4 at 6:00pm (1800). To register please access the website ( and select Join now

Among the usual regular business to be dealt with at the annual meeting will be:

  1. Approval of the 2022 AGM Minutes

  2. The report of the Board and the financial statement shall be presented to the Members

  3. Approval of the Financial Statements for the year ended October 31, 2023

  4. The means of the Financial Review for the year 2024

  5. Approval of the actions of the Board and,

  6. Resignation and Election of Directors.

The signed and audited financial statements are published.
